Audrey Lorene Chism Foster, 89, died Saturday, November 10, 2018, at Magnolia Place in New Albany. She was born January 17, 1929, in New Albany to Luther B. and Maetta Smith Chism. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She was a retired plant manager for Irwin B. Swabe Co.

She is survived by 2 daughters: Paula Todaro (Donald) and Debbie Wilhite (Tommy), both of New Albany; 2 sisters: Betty Smith of New Albany and Mary Jane Busby (D. C.) of Arkansas; 1 brother: Charles Wayne Chism of Alpine; 1 grandchild: Anna Katherine Heaton (Landon); 2 special great-grandchildren: Audrie Grace and Cotton Thomas Heaton; 6 step-grandchildren: Tina Gonzanbach, Dana Todaro, Gina Barlow, Robin Kennison, Sommer Willis, and Skye Goldstien; 12 step-great-grandchildren: Zach and Skyler Barlow, Quentin (Sam) and Kelsey Gonzanbach, Noah, Macy, and Finn Willis, Dylan and Ethan Speicher, Ainslee Goldstien, and Jessie and Jodie Kennison.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: J. C. Foster; and 8 brothers: Marvin Chism, Travis Chism, James Chism, Leslie Chism, Leland ‘Pete’ Chism, Harold ‘Duke’ Chism, and 2 infant brothers.

Pallbearers will be Eddie Medlin, Michael Chism, Mark Chism, Curtis Chism, Sammy Chism, Brian Camp, Chris Camp, Richard Chism, Larry Chism, and Tim Cook.
