Young introduced three other local builders, Jonathan Morrisson, Brian Manning and Geoffrey King, whose companies will construct 64 single family homes during four phases of development. Young said he had been working on the development for two-years, and thanked local officials and BNA Bank for their cooperation while work enabling the project was being completed.

The moderately-priced homes ($185,000 to $275,000, including building lot) will share at least 12 landscaped common areas, in addition to two lakes, at the location on the south side of Bratton Road.

Creekmore Landscaping will be responsible for an extensive number of trees and other plantings throughout the development.

Sidewalks and all-underground utilities will serve the homes, whose general architecture will be in the popular style often called French Provincial.

Young said he expected construction to start by August 1.

Five Star Realty will be the exclusive agent for Parkview.
