Students learn about philanthropy at the Good Samaritan Center

,

The Good Samaritan Center partnered with the students in the 21st Century Community Learning Centers After School Enrichment class at New Albany Elementary School and members of Girl Scout Troop 23016 on March 24 to provide these young students the opportunity to learn more about the services the Good Samaritan Center provides, as well as the importance of philanthropy in the community.

The students assisted the Good Samaritan Center in sorting and loading can goods and food items from the food drive that was sponsored by New Albany Elementary School.
