NAES teacher’s “Listen while you work” earns grant funds

Tiffany Thrasher, a first grade teacher at New Albany Elementary School, recently earned funding from DonorsChoose.org for a classroom project called “Listen While You Work!”.

Ms. Thrasher’s first grade class received a wireless classroom headphones set and several non-fiction, informational books for the classroom library.

DonorsChoose.org is a free nonprofit website where teachers can receive funding for student resources.
