Milburn Zee Hogue
New Albany—Milburn Zee Hogue, 96, died Friday, January 26, 2018. He was born March 27, 1921, in Union County to Mark Eli Hogue and Addie Mae Foreman Hogue. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Tippah County. He was a retired timber cutter with Hogue’s Logging.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 28, 2018, at United Funeral Service with Bro. Bill Baker and Bro. Roy Fooshee officiating. Burial will be in Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery in Tippah County. United Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
He is survived by 2 sons: M. J. ‘Jug’ Hogue (Mary Beth) of New Albany and Jerry Hogue (Linda) of Ripley; 4 grandchildren: Allen Hogue, Jeremy Hogue (Leslie), Chrystal Floyd (Dewayne), and Nicole Wilbanks; 10 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife: Ada Sue Dillard Hogue; 1 son: Noia Lee Hogue; and several brothers and sisters.
Pallbearers will be Richard Chism, Timmy Cole, Greg Allred, Jimmy Perkins, Kelly Roberts, and Brian Camp. Honorary pallbearers will be Gene Chism, Gary Chism, Sammy Chism, Wade Chism, Reuben McBride, and Kindred Hospice nurses.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Saturday, January 27, 2018, at United.
