Audie Elizabeth Littlejohn, 91, died September 24, 2017, at Magnolia Assisted Living Facility after a long illness.
She was born January 25, 1926, in Union County to the late Lonnie J. Grubbs and Maggie Langford Grubbs. She was a homemaker but worked later in life and retired from Munsingwear. She loved spending time with family, helping others, cooking, sewing, quilting and working with her flowers and garden. She was a member of the Wallerville Baptist Church.
Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at the United Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Johnny Rakestraw officiating. Burial will be in Glenfield Memorial Park.
She is survived by a son Larry Thomas Littlejohn (Jackie) of New Albany, a granddaughter Amy Lucovich (Lance) of Hernando, and two great grandsons Landon Lucovich, and Lofton Lucovich and a sister Jamie Cook.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years W. T. Littlejohn, her sister Marjorie Roberson, and five brothers: her infant twin brother, Virgil, Lester, Byrd, and Ruel Grubbs.
Visitation will be from 11:30 to 2:00 at the funeral home prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Good Samaritan Food Pantry, 845 Sam T Barkley Drive, New Albany.
