American Legion members Larry Dykes and Bill Azlin talked Tuesday evening, May 10, at the meeting of Porter-Henry-Lowery Post 72, the local chapter of the American Legion.

Meetings of American Legion Post 72 are being held at the Ladies Building of the Union County Fairgrounds while the post’s  Herbert A. Morgan War Memorials Building is undergoing repairs. The building was moved to New Albany in 1950 from Camp Shelby.

Those wishing to contribute to the cost of extensive repairs needed on the building should contact any American Legion member.
